After playing baseball together at Messiah College, Adam and Josh went down different career paths. Adam pursued a career in metal fabrication engineering, while Josh became a youth pastor. However, in 2019, they teamed up to create Tusca Innovations, a side hustle focused on designing and developing outdoor products. Through T.I., they established connections within the outdoor community and were eventually offered the opportunity to utilize the patented manufacturing process found in all Tusca products today.
